Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you enter, including your name, contact information, company name and, where provided, shipment route, cargo information, customs requirements and messages. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in website forms.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, discuss quotations, coordinate requested services and maintain relevant business correspondence. Website enquiry details are not used to subscribe you to marketing lists.
Email delivery and service providers
When live email delivery is enabled, enquiries are sent to our designated company inbox using Resend. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate this service. Data may be processed outside India depending on provider infrastructure. We do not send automatic customer acknowledgement emails.
Technical data and security
The enquiry service uses a one-way hash of the connection IP address for a short-lived rate limit, and request fingerprints and reference metadata to prevent duplicate submissions. Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and duplicate-prevention records after 24 hours. These records do not contain the full enquiry. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own security logs. Access controls, server-side validation and protected credentials help safeguard information.
Retention
Enquiry emails may remain in company correspondence records while needed to respond, coordinate services, maintain legitimate business records or meet applicable requirements. You may contact us to request deletion of enquiry information, subject to any retention obligations.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to further enquiry-related contact. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to continue the requested service discussion.
Cookies and external links
This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Website motion follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. Links to WhatsApp and other external services are governed by those services’ privacy practices. Our contact page displays no embedded third-party map until an approved integration is added.
Development previews
When a form is labelled as preview mode, submissions are validated but no email is sent. Request fingerprints and reference metadata may be held temporarily to test spam and duplicate protection.
